If your error has to do with rounding your numbers, the IRS guidelines require numbers to be rounded to the nearest dollar amount. So for example anything over $.50 would be rounded up to the nearest dollar. You stated your amount was $2,240 and it's removing the $0.00. $2,240.00 would be $2,240. You can round the numbers yourself as you enter them into the TurboTax program.
