This sounds like a browser issue. Probably something was selected in error. Try these options
- Log out, close your browser to its entirety, and then open it again and log back into your TurboTax account.
- Check the settings of your browser. (Check on the Zoom settings of your browser and adjust accordingly)
- Try using a different web browser (if you are using Google Chrome try using edge)
