Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Calling TTX was a waste of my time. I had to call twice, the first person couldn’t figure it out and hung up on me. There seems to be a bug, causing error message, and not enabling software to open. They need to fix it ASAP.  Rather than wasting our time calling them, they should be upfront and say there is a bug, and that they are working on fixing it.  Their quality control has decreased.
If it doesn’t get fixed, will need to buy new software.

The version I used was Home and Business. What other versions is this happening with?
