Yes we can help with this.
On the first W-2 that says Needs Review
- Look for a BLUE Review button in the bottom left.
- If you don't see the BLUE button click Needs Review and it should appear.
On the second W-2 that says Not Started, you can follow the same steps as above.
If this isn't working I suggest deleting the problem W-2's and starting over.
On the menu bar in the sidebar on the left.
- Select Tax Tools. You may have to minimize tabs for Federal & State.
- On the drop-down select Tools
- On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form
- This will give you all of the forms in your return
- Scroll down to the form you want to delete
- Select the Form W-2 that is the problem
- Click on Delete.
