- What product are you using for 2024--Online TurboTax or desktop version? And what did you use for 2023?
- Was the file you are transferring from a *.tax2023 data file or a PDF? You should not transfer from a PDF. Use the *.tax2023 data file.

If you are using Online TurboTax, download a copy of your 2023 return and see if it has any missing info. If it does, that implies that your finished return is in another account. Many people end up with more than 1 account.
If you're using desktop TurboTax, then it's likely that the *.tax2023 data file you transferred from is not the final version of the 2023 data file "as filed" from last year. A lot of people do test returns or start over, etc. and end up with more than one *.tax2023 file. So search your computer, any external storage, etc. where you may have archived other instances of a *.tax2023 data file.
