I have looked all over the program - the only place I can find to change status is under personal info but that changes it for both fed and state. Last year I got dinged by the state for having the wrong status - they took it upon themselves to change my return (didn't send me a copy) and cut my refund in half. I want to avoid that this year but Turbo Tax doesn't seem to be able to cope with the situation and still wants me to file Head of Household for State. Any ideas how I can change it?
