1099 Misc for retiree health insurance stipend

I received a 1099 Misc for a monthly health insurance stipend provided to retirees from my previous employer.  This is the first year I received  a 1099, but I have been receiving the stipend for several years.   If I check on the TT form that I received the stipend in previous years and plan to receive it in 2025, I then have to answer questions about being self-employed which does not apply.  I did reply No to the other questions that don't apply (e.g. that this is not part of my main job, etc.)  Is there a work around to this?  Should I reply that I just received the stipend in 2024.
