I don't think there is an issue with continuing to use the same TurboTax account you have always used. Adding Schedule C to a TurboTax account that as been W-2 only is not an issue.
You'll want to keep the same order as far as the names listed on your 1040. The IRS matched tax returns to the Social Security number listed first.
Your business activity will be reported on Schedule C which is part of Form 1040 (the tax return you file with your wife).
