Since one of the W-2 forms does not report any income or tax withheld, you should ignore that one and not enter it into TurboTax. You should follow these instruction to delete any duplicate W-2 forms listed in your tax file:
1. Choose the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar
2. Choose Tools
3. Choose the Delete a form option under Other Helpful links
4. Find any duplicate W-2 forms listed and delete them
If you are still having problems, delete all of your W-2 form entries and reenter them.
