@pnbmartin hey there, I have run into this same issue and after looking at the CO FAMLI website benefits are not subject to state tax, they may still be subject to federal tax. I'm wondering if the reason your refund changed is because they are no longer calculating the federal tax implications for you relating to FAMLI. But maybe I am totally wrong! I keep trying to include the website link from FAMLI for you to review but turbo tax keeps redacting it.
