Get your taxes done using TurboTax
To fix this, you have to make sure you are using the correct code for the product that you have purchased, online and desktop products have different codes. If you bought the product at a retail store, make sure that you use the code that is on the package.
If you are using TurboTax Online you will need to activate your code before you can start filing returns. Go to turbotax.ca/activate. If you have any questions as you do this visit In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code? You can only use the code once.
For TurboTax Desktop, you will need your license code when you install the software. If you don't know where your license number is, see: Where is my TurboTax license code?
