Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I get an email with a link saying there are xx of breaches of my data and to view them, click on the link. I click the link which DOES NOT take me to IDNotify, but to TurboTax sign in.  Following the instructions in the screenshot of how to access IDNotify (attached) and you can see that my account (also attached) doesn't have these options.

I paid for this service less than a year ago and it's useless to me if I can't access it.  Searching TurboTax is pointless.  Requested a call back from IDNotify and they hung up on me twice.
