I purchased TurboTax 2024 from Costco and installed it on my laptop but when I try to enter the activation code I received I am unable to do so. Instructions say the code must be entered EXACTLY as shown on the confirmation email. BUT -- copy and paste does not work and the space where I am to enter the code has dashes on it but the code I received has no dashes. When I try typing in the code I get a "607 error".
