If you opted to get paid 5 days early you will be denied the advance it's one or the other and because getting an advance doesn't cost taxpayers anything they came up with get paid early for 25 dollars or however much it was. That's a way for them to make money so if you haven't gotten your advance yet you won't be and the reason why is the early refund payday. It was a way for them to make more money.
