To complete your application for the Working Families Tax Credit, please follow these instructions below:
- Open or continue your return.
- Select State, then select Start next to Washington.
- On the screen, Finish up your Washington return, select Start next to Working Families Tax Credit.
- Select Start my application on the screen, Start your WA State Working Families Credit application.
- Answer the questions on the following screens.
- Once complete, you will get to the screen, Great work finishing up your application. Select Continue.
- Select Continue on the screen Ready to Review Your State Return.
If you need to edit a child's information, you will need to return to the Dependents (My Info) section of your federal return. Once you file your taxes, TurboTax will automatically transmit your application to the state.
