Long winded answer follows with all the reasons, but simple answer is click the "Skip" on entering W-2 for now and enter everything else, then wait for your W-2

You can click "skip entering W-2" for now and enter every thing else and when you get your W-2 finish up.
That way you avoid entering wrong data the only makes it likely that you will have to file a second tax form called Amended
EINs will be on the W-2 that you should get probably within the next several days as your former employer is legally obligated to provide it to you
