Turbo tax has asked "Treat Nonresident Alien or Dual-Status Alien as U.S. Resident" however my spouse is a citizen. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
There's a yes or no below it, "would you like to treat [spouse] as a US resident..." However he is a citizen.
