You haven't described what your problem is.   What product are you using--Free, Deluxe, Premium?    What happens when you try to "clear and start over?"  Do you get any message?

 

Have you already efiled your return, or is it still in preparation?  If already efiled, it can't be cleared. 

 

You also cannot clear and start over if you have already paid for the product, registered it, or paid by deducting fees from your Federal refund.   If you can't clear it because of any of those things, and if you haven't yet filed, you can still go back in the interview and edit it to make any changes prior to filing.
