It depends. In your return, an 8332 isn't physically added to your return. Instead Turbo Tax asks if you have a custody agreement. See the first screenshot that I have included at the bottom. When you answer yes, then it asks if the other parent will claim him/her this year and you would say yes or no. See the second screenshot.
What this does is alerts the IRS that you have a child, there is a custody agreement, which could be a signed 8332, and that either you can claim them this year or not. Here are the screenshots that illustrate this.
