Using the IDnotify benefit has been a recurring problem for some users in the forum. Have you tried phoning IDNotify? At the first link that DoninGA gave above, go to the IDNotify login page. Way down at the bottom of that screen is a tiny "Contact Us" link that will lead to their customer phone number.
