Apologies for not adding more info.
My dependent is my fiancée (not married) who is totally /Permanently disabled and they have lived with me and I have supported them for the full year. I am also their legal caregiver through IHSS.
I'm reading over the qualifications again. Do they have to be your child AND be disabled or younger than 19? Or is it one or the other?
