When I get to the final part of Turbotax, I am unable to file, because Step One is the only one available to me.
I've been in and out of the site and nowhere have I been offered the opportunity to pay by bank direct debit.
Is this an out-of-date site I'm working in?
It was fine last year.
I've been on to TurboTax twice about this now and they have no solutions.
