I am using the Mac version. Fnally got my social security information in by getting out of the 'easy step' portion of Turbo Tax, going to the forms section, and opening the SSA-1099 form. I could then fill in the forms and it seemed to carry over to my form. Didn't have this problem in previous years so it may have been that my filing status changed from '23 to '24.
