To edit your business' start date:
- Open or continue your return.
- Go to the Schedule C section:
- TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to Schedule C.
- TurboTax Desktop: Search for Schedule C and select the Jump to link.
- Select Add/Edit next to your business
- Under your business, select Edit
- Scroll down to the Business Summary section
- Click on the pencil next to Your business info
- Under General Information you can edit the start date
