I am so glad to see others are frustrated by this choice list. I don't even count the used items I donate to charities -- only the new items of food, clothing and Christmas gifts for needy children. I suspect this is the case with many other people, so why can't they add a selection like "new items - actual cost"?? None of the other choices are correct.
