Sent check for tax payment without voucher

So I recently just mailed my tax return, which indicated I owed. I included my W2, the return, and my check with my SS# written on it and the tax year in the memo line and all that. I came home and realized under the instructions to mail out my payment, there was the 1040 V Form which I did not include in my letter to the irs. Will my payment still be processed normally?
