if you scroll down on the page is there a blue link to add investments? if there is you'll be taken to a page to either import or skip import. if you skip there's a page with a box that says interest. click on this and then below click on continue. you should now be able to enter the second 1099-INT.
{mods} my opinion is this approach stinks. when you're on the first 1099-INT there should be a link to add another or click done with 1099-int. I'm using desktop version
the current method is extremely wasteful of taxpayers time.
