my computer crashed after doing my turbo tax 2023. I ask for help and turbo charged me 5.00 and sent me to a expert and he charged me $50. and said that he fixed and I should get my 2024 and the 2023 would come up.
Wrong!!!!! that did not happen. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years and lost $55.00 and still do not have my 2023 so I can file my 2024 taxes. My 2023 code is [PII removed] HELP
