Get your taxes done using TurboTax

If your 1099-Misc and CA 592B don't have your SSN on them, document the date and person  you spoke to to try to get the corrected forms.

You can enter the info from the forms into TurboTax and include your SSN in the entry.

Since the IRS/FTB gets a copy of the forms, they may contact you later about the missing SSN, and you can provide documentation that you tried to get corrected forms.

Yes, if you received income from California as an Illinois resident, you will need to file a California Non-Resident State return to report it.

Here's more details on How to File a Non-Resident State Return
