When I enter the app I am met with a page saying that I used a certain turbo tax plan last year that cost money. I know I did not because I do not need the help. I have looked everywhere to change this but it will not allow me to. I do not want to pay a bunch of money when I won't even be using the help. Why can I not change my plan? Why am I being forced to use this plan?
