It took me an hour to figure mine out. I found cryptic post to do the following:
To activate TurboTax 2024 without internet, you can try the following steps:
- Run TurboTax as administrator: Right-click the TurboTax icon or setup icon, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, and select the "Run this program as administrator" box.
- Add trusted sites: In the Control Panel, under Internet Options, add https:*.intuit.com to Trusted Sites and set the security level to Medium.
Step 2 is incorrect, it should be: https://*.intuit.com.
When I performed both steps - it finally activated.
