You're not connected to the Internet

I am trying to activate my installation of TurboTax Premier 2024, with TrendMicro Security turned off, and "https://*.intuit.com" added in my trusted sites. All I am getting is the message in the subject of this thread, i.e., "You're not connected to the Internet".

For all intents and purposes, as validated by this connection which allows me to post this message, I am connected to the internet, and receive all authorization coded by email from Intuit. 

 

At this stage, I am wondering if Intuit can provide the necessary technical help to fix this.
