Update: I took your advice and follwed the link to Intuit's executive office. I didn't have to wait a day; I received a phone call three hours later. I explained the situation to the caller and, while she could do nothing to re-activate a program that TT no longer supports, we arrived at a compromise that satisfied me AND kept me as a customer.
