Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I can't find the AGI on my printed copy of my tax forms from 2022 and when I try to go to documents and click on 2022, it's a blank screen?

So you have a printed copy of your 2022 return?  If so, the 2022 AGI is on Line 11 of the 2022 Form 1040.  But why are you needing the 2022 AGI?   You cannot efile a 2023 return with TurboTax.   A 2023 return has to be printed, dated, signed, and mailed (recommended to use a method that has tracking or certified, etc.)

And how are you working on the 2023 return?    Hopefully, you didn't prepare a 2023 return in the current Online TurboTax, which is now only for 2024 returns.   At this point in time a 2023 return can only be prepared in 2023 desktop software on one's computer.    If you did prepare a 2023 return by mistake in current Online TurboTax, do NOT submit/efile it, or you will have a big problem.   If you did that, we can tell you how to clear your entries.

As for getting a copy of the 2022 return, don't go to the Documents tab in the left column.  Instead go to the left menu column and click on TAX HOME.    Then on the Tax Home screen scroll way down to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents."   Then choose tax year 2022. If you see no evidence of your 2022 return in the "Your Tax Returns & Documents" section, you may have multiple accounts, and we can tell you how to troubleshoot to find the account with the 2022 return.   But again, as I said above, you cannot efile a 2023 return with TurboTax and cannot prepare the 2023 return in current Online TurboTax.    Or did you need the 2022 AGI for some other purpose?
