I have a new PC on which I need to download Turbotax Deluxe 2023. I've transferred my files (.tax2023) to the new PC. but obviously, can't open them without the corresponding software. The software was purchased from from costco.com and I have the email with the software activation key and download link. When I attempt to download, I get an error message: "esd.synnex.com We could not locate records matching the provided information. Please check your link and try again". The software has only been downloaded once, so I know I have four additional downloads available. Is there another place to download the software when you have an existing software activation key? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you in advance!
