Just to be clear, it is not only the decision to drop the CD, the far worse decision is to not offer a key-code product in retail stores. And on top of all that another hefty price increase on the heels of the prior two years' increases. The combination of all these decisions is without question going to have negative repurcussions, and any notion of reversing things in the future will be futile once customers have moved on to another product/manufacturer.
