Desktop Software Glitch for 2023 Income Total
- Getting a glitch after thirsting AMT and clicking No. It will not go back so I can go to the next step. Rebooted. Turned off PC and came back the next day, cleared my cache, nothing is working. When I go in I get a message that Turbo Tax had to restart and the option to recover the file. If I recover the file it goes right back to the glitch. If I choose not to recover the file it gives m a warning that the file will be lost. I can't finish and file and can't get help on the line when I call support. Anyone have a resolve that worked for them or know how to contact tech support for Turbo Tax for software glitches. These glitches appear to be common based on the community results for a product we're paying for with an expectation of being able to complete taxes.
