I need to renew my ITIN.
Do I need to file the W7 form with my tax declaration? or
Should I send the W7 alone to renew the ITIN, and then send my tax declaration after receiving the ITIN?
I heard that the IRS changed its policy and now the W7 is not accepted alone, but I am unsure.
