The post above mine indicates that the CD is no longer available. NO explanation was provided. Hence the question that I posted "Why is it not available?"
Please forward the specific link to the thread that explains your referenced "issues" with the CDs.
Your post/link about a CD for $10 is void of details and rationale for it to be substantially less costly than a downloaded version. Is the CD $10 and the software $60? Why would anyone simply click on such a link that's probably clickbait?
