Direct Debit after eFile Date
I attempted to eFile a return and do a Direct Debit for the tax payment in TurboTax Desktop.
I received an error saying I was after the closing date for eFile. However, TurboTax Desktop says the direct debit was successful.
I now need to file the return by mail. Should I also send in a check when I file the return, or will the direct debit still take funds from my bank account?
