Thanks again, and I've done my Google search. I was hoping for a recommendation from somebody. I've used TurboTax for years and have an account with them. I am unable to use a phone and need to ask them where my 2024 tax year disk is. But I have no way of asking (other than email) and no way of finding out when/if they are going to send my disk. That's why I need a software package with good customer support. I'm wondering if Intuit is using the gov't as an example and going with the lowest bidder. I guess you really do get what you pay for. Sad, because TurboTax used to be good.
