Similar issue here. I purchased a copy of the 2023 Home and Business software from ebay. When you go to the 'InstallTurboTax.com" address that's given on the software card, it only allows you to download the 2024 version. I can go to the website and repurchase the 2023 software and download from there, but I would like to access the one I already paid for. I don't have a CD drive on any of my computers to use that option other than a couple of old laptops I'll have to dig out of the closet. This whole thing is quite the dumpster fire.
