How do I amend my 2023 return if it was rejected due to my Canadian husband not having a US social security number?

I got married in Canada to a Canadian in 2023. I put this on my 2023 return but it asked for a social security number. My husband (whom I am no longer with but am still legally married to) does not have a US SSN, so my return was rejected.
