Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Obviously, there are a lot of long-time TurboTax Customers that are dissatisfied with the deep-sixing of the CD option with which they have grown comfortable. It may appear to these loyal customers that this take-it-or-leave-it change is being jammed down their throats. All of the cheerleading witnessed here has not been convincing to many of the skeptics, particularly to those who may have previously tried the on-line product with a resulting bad experience (like myself). Why would Intuit want to drive this important part of its customer base away from its TurboTax product?  A basic business school marketing 101 solution is available. Why not simply allay the loyal skeptics by offering a refund of the cost if the former CD customer is NOT satisfied with the perceived new product? I think the vast majority of the CD product fans would agree with this approach.
