Why am I not allowed to talk to an agent just because I didn't use TT in 2024?

Simple question. I prefer n answer to the question I asked and not a waste of my time asking me question about my issue. I want a on on one talk with an agent to talk to instead of spilling my problem on the internet. 

The automated system won't put me through with my credentials because it "can;t find a product for this year used with Intuit" which is stupid design. 

It shouldn't matter wen I used Intuit or even if I have used them I should be ble to ask questons to a live person about filing and usin the product. 

That is my issue.
