I am a small business in Kokomo Indiana. That is in Howard county. I am building a parade float for the local Christmas parade. Are the expenses associated with building a parade float considered an advertising expense. The business name will be displayed on the float which will be built on the business' truck. I've been saving the receipts and wondering if I'm keeping non deductible receipts.
