Yes, sorry to clarify I am now a dependent on my spouse's employer-sponsored health care plan and I wondered whether I can still claim the deduction on line 17 since I pay the premiums. It seems those payments do not count towards a self-employment health insurance deduction since they are tied to an employer-sponsored plan, as I am seeing in some further research.
