Just downloaded and installed TurboTax 2024 on a MacBook Air M2 15" 2023 running Sonoma 14.6.1.
I converted the data from my 2023 TurboTax file and saved a new 2024 data file.
When I open the new file, and Continue from the "Welcome Back" screen, it takes me to the "Income Reported on Your 2023 Return" screen. When I Continue from that (whether or not I have changed any items from Yes to No), the program crashes and I get the system diagnostic screen "TurboTax 2024 quit unexpectedly" with the problem details and system configuration.
I have tried restarting the computer, reinstalling TurboTax, recreating the new data file - the same crash happens. This appears to be a really bad bug and I can't use the program.
Any suggestions?
