Been searching the internet for a while trying to find this answer.
I have a rental property in Wyoming, was in the military, and have been a resident of Wyoming but I recently left the military so I've lost my Wyoming residency.
I currently live in DC and am moving to Virginia, I increased my state withholding but I haven't been able to figure out if I need to pay taxes in DC or VA on the rental house income.
