Can't access returns done with Mint linked account
I have two turbo tax accounts.
One was used for returns around 2013.
One was used for all returns in the last 6 years. It used the same login as my Mint account. I can no longer access this account or those returns. Both accounts use the same email.
I tried following the instructions given here to see all my accounts: https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/many-intuit-accounts-...
Following these steps does not show me a list of accounts. When I complete the recovery, I am routed to the returns for my older account. Mint no longer allows me to log in to check on the account there. I also cannot find any way to actually talk to a human being at Intuit about getting my account issue resolved. How do I get to the data in my Mint linked account?
